Heya Folks I just wanted some different views of tonights show. First let me say that I really enjoyed the show. The Abbey in Italy was amazing. Personally I have always wanted to investigate an old gothic church like that. The first EVP was alright, But the 2nd was very cool. I believe it said passare (stop in Italian). When the 2 girls where up in the upstairs of the chapel. Very cool The 2nd half of the show was alright the 2 EVP's where amazing. A clear "Help Me" and "YES" in response to a question. You don't hear that often. Now here is the thing I didn't like--------- Barry and Brian where in the basement when they found that tunnel, and please correct me if I am wrong, that was in the mansion in Whales correct. If so, that was not even talked about in the reveal. Didn't Brian say that he saw a shadow in front of him. I also remember Barry saying that it wasn't happy. If they thought that there was an angry spirit why was not anything said. Now Why didn't the head guy( please forgive me I can't remember his name and my internet is to slow to look it up tonight) mention that in the reveal. I just feel that if someone felt a "angry" spirit it should be at least mentioned. That what I got any other thoughts. Eric VanDuzer And no I have no proton pack

Good ep tonight and the EVP's were pretty spectacular....my issue is the running away and the whining girls. We've got a fair share of girls in SPRI that would take their jobs in a second (myself included)! Seriously though, I would give an arm or a leg to get to investigate a place that's 1000 years old! Day

Also, I take issue with things being called demonic. There's alot of angry souls and souls filled with confusion and hate but they are too quick to be categorized at demonic. I lhave seen a heck of alot but only one that I thought was demonic.

Hello gang! It seems to me that Barry thinks everything is evil and dangerous. I'm not sure if it is a cultural superstition thing or if it's just Barry but he is always on the defensive. As soon as he or Brian or whoever said it was angry I started asking what thet were basing that on. You also have to remember that there is alot of footage and alot of editing to fit it all into a half hour show so we are probably not hearing the whole reveal and certainly not seeing the whole investigation. We in the group are definately a lot more critical of the show than the general public who make up the majority of the viewing population. Hauntings aside, they were pretty cool places to get a look at just from a historical angle.

Absolutely! And I agree that Barry is pretty quick to toss around the phrases "evil" and demonic". I do what I do and I RARELY use those words. They are words that belong to a religious culture more than anything. Other religions would use different words to describe these things. However, I do believe "demonic" was part of the owners story.

Very much so. When I was in high school I got to go to europe with a touring choir called Sound of America. What an experience that was. Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and France all in 1 month. Got to sing in places like Notre Dame Cath. and St Marc Cath. in Venice and Rothenburg in Germany. The places over there are just amazing what I would do to go back and investigate some of them ******Looks down at groin****** Hell I would even give one of them.

I saw the show. It was all right. It would have been nice if they had some visual images... but we know from experience the really great visual images are hard to come by.
The reason the head dude didn't mention Brian's sighting of the shadow in the tunnel is because it was unsubstantiated most likely. Brian was, for all intents and purposes, alone. No one could verify the experience. And we all know that Brian has a history of crying wolf.

Eric, I already did give one and no it didn't help me. I actually got 6 weeks in General hospital getting a bunch of chemo...
Imp is right. Brian has cried wolf too many times to be taken seriously. While I respect Dae's opinion about there being more an angry spirit than a demon, I suspect most of us are unaware of what we are actually facing. We don't have good definitions of what a ghost or demon are. so to say it is a ghost or a demon would be almost pointless.
I would use the term spirit (Spirit- something that has susbstance that isn't on the same plane of existance as we are). there are good spirits and evil spirits.
