OK Corral had nothing much to it,
But, lets start shooting it out over the evidence at the Copper Queen Hotel.
I know it will come as a big surprise to you guys when you hear that I thought the "moving covers" were anything but paranormal. It was obvious that the covers were pulled up from their underside. Not at all the way that someone standing at the foot of the bed would do. It does not seem that Grant moved his legs but since you could not see the rest of him, it leaves much undocumented.
My theory: (and I tried this with the throw that Robin and I had over us (it was chilly in the house)) That Grant scratched his leg while he slept and inadvertently snagged the covers.
Let me know what you think.
Tom.

Wow... I just dont know...It would seem that you would have to have a hold of them underneath and I just didnt see any movement... but I am just not sure... it is freaky though but hard to say.

You know... for something that supposedly grabbed the blankets and move them, it was strange that all the pressure seemed to be focused on one spot. Seemed like someone could have hooked a little something into the blanket and give a tug from the head side to give that impression. It would have been easy to stage. BTW - I'm watching it now.

But do you really think Grant would do that?? I mean these guys are always doing what they can to debunk things, why would they do that?? I just dont know... But I do have a hard time believing it also..

I have to say that I agree with all of you.
I don't think that Grant would knowingly do anything like that. (Thus my scratching theory). And his legs definitely do not move. But we cannot see the head of the bed at all.
The covers were moved from one point, and I believe that that point was under the covers. (I see shades of the last covers moving incident).
The covers just don't move the way you would expect them to if someone were standing at the foot of the bed.
Like I said, Just my 2 cents,
Tom.
BTW, just after Grant pauses the recording, he shows us his entry into the TAPS best butt contest.

To answer your question froglover, I don't think Grant would do something like that... well maybe if SciFi demanded something exciting or they'd pull the plug.
However, it is a hotel ... where someone oriented with the hotel made his bed, using their sheets. They knew one of the TAPS people would be staying in that room. It's just like the Queen Mary (I think that was the one) incident where they debunked the same thing, sheets moving by themselves. If there were trick sheets in use, the TAPS guys could not have the chance to investigate the sheets on the bed because they would not have noticed the incident until the tapes were reviewed. Hotels stand to gain quite a bit of off-season business if they can boast a genuine haunting.

I tried to recreate that event. I tried several times, and the only way I could recreate the movement was to grab the blankets and pull.
Let me convert the footage and frame by frame it.

I thought it was very interesting. It makes me want to go out there and stay in that room. I don't think it was caused by a movement of Grant.
